Over her distinguished 35-year career in design, product development and creative direction, Debbie Houston has earned a stellar reputation for establishing successful trend forecasts that have been used to develop countless floor covering products. Houston joined Shaw in 2005 as a senior designer for the Patcraft brand, later became the Creative Director for the Philadelphia Commercial brand and most recently, was appointed Creative Director for the entire residential and Philadelphia Commercial businesses, where she is directly responsible for all color and design direction. Houston is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a degree in clothing and textiles with a concentration in fabric design.
